If you've followed along on my journey via social media or here on my blog, you know there isn't much I've kept 'off the table'. I pretty much put it all out there. Sharing, in "real life" and on social media, is how I show vulnerability, and allow myself to relate and be relatable. Relationships and connections give me energy and life, and while it hasn't always been easy to put myself out there, it's always had such an incredible return. Over the years, I've gained so much by allowing myself to open up to family, friends, and strangers alike. When I do this, those who were once strangers quickly become friends, and over time, my friends, become family.
This year, my word is COURAGE. This special place is where I want to find the courage to be vulnerable, in writing, again. I am hungry to talk more about the beautiful and hard things that come along with being an evolving mama of three. As a Clean + Better Beauty Activist, I'd love to keep you in the know on all things #betterbeauty. Things like, fun #switchtosafer options for you and your family, cool Beautycounter promotions, offers, events, along with the many other clean brands that are worth looking at as we explore safer personal care and home products together. And lastly, as a professionally certified Solution-Oriented Coach, from time to time I'm pretty sure I'll offer insight that may interest you in your very own evolution - both personally and professionally.
